A: The communication is absolutely safe! Our proprietary iPhone and Java based VNC clients create 128bit SSL encrypted tunnels for each communication session. Access as well as upload and download of personal files are absolutely secure.

Q: Can I upload files from my home or office computers to AlwaysOnPC?

A: Absolutely! Each AlwaysOnPC account includes secure, private 2GB disk for uploading files you want to be able to access anywhere.

Q: How do I upload the files I want use with AlwaysOnPC?

A: Simply click the login button in the main navigation bar then sign in with your email username and password. Click Connect. The system will check to see if you have the AlwaysOnPC VNC client installed, if not install it, then launch AlwaysOnPC. On the upper left corner of your desktop is a menu button for File Upload. Select that and simply drag files back and forth to upload/download.

Q: Can I access my AlwaysOnPC account from any computer?

A: Yes you can. Any Java enabled PC - running Windows, Mac or Linux OS - can download/install and run the AlwaysOnPC VNC client. You can even use AlwaysOnPC from shared internet access computers and be certain your custom online PC with all your applications and files is there, secure, anytime. Once you have the client installed on your computer there is no need to log in to our website everytime. You can run the Java applet to start AlwaysOnPC by clicking on the icon.

Q: If I edit a file or make changes to a picture on AlwaysOnPC can I access the updated files from my home or office computer?

A: Yes, by starting the PC based AlwaysOnPC client and then selecting the File Transfer button you can download copies of any file to access the latest version you haved saved online, even if modified and saved from your iPhone.
